Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Shire Healthcare. The successful candidate will work within a specialist residential college for autism, providing behaviour support and psychological therapy to both residential and day students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and interventions to support students with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
  • Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans to promote student well-being and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical MDT to deliver behaviour support and psychological therapy services.
  • Provide ACT, CBT, narrative therapy, and CFT therapies to students as needed.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
  • Experience working with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a Clinical MDT.
