Job Summary

Shire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychologist to join our team in a specialist residential college for autism in South Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and interventions for students with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
  • Deliver behaviour support and psychological therapy to both residential and day students.
  • Work collaboratively with a Clinical MDT to provide Positive Behaviour Support and creative adaptations to therapeutic provision.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Psychologist.
  • Previous experience working with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
  • Clinical, Counselling, and Educational experience.
