Job Title: Clinical Lead (Psychologist)

Shire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead (Psychologist) to oversee a specialist residential college for individuals with autism in South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a Clinical Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) providing behaviour support and psychological therapy to residential and day students.
  • Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support and creative adaptations to therapeutic provision.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality care and support for students with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
Requirements:
  • HCPC registration as a Psychologist.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviours.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
