Shire Healthcare is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Lead (Psychologist) to lead a specialist residential college for autism in South Wales.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a Clinical Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) delivering behaviour support and psychological therapy to residential and day students.
- Lead the development and implementation of Positive Behaviour Support and creative adaptations to therapeutic provision.
- Hold a small complex clinical caseload and provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure the effective delivery of services and achieve organisational goals.
- HCPC registration as a Psychologist.
- Significant experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), complex needs, and challenging behaviours.
- Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of success in a similar role.
- A competitive salary of £51,700 - £69,500 FTE.
- A flexible working arrangement, with the option to work 3-5 days per week.
