We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Shire Healthcare. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a specialist residential college for autism, providing expert clinical leadership and management to a team of psychologists and behaviour support specialists.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a Clinical MDT team delivering behaviour support and psychological therapy to residential and day students
- Manage a small complex clinical caseload
- Develop and implement behaviour support plans and therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to team members
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- HCPC registration as a psychologist
- Sound experience working with autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviours
- Previous management and leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
