Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Shire Healthcare. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a specialist residential college for autism, providing expert clinical leadership and management to a team of psychologists and behaviour support specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Clinical MDT team delivering behaviour support and psychological therapy to residential and day students
  • Manage a small complex clinical caseload
  • Develop and implement behaviour support plans and therapeutic interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • HCPC registration as a psychologist
  • Sound experience working with autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviours
  • Previous management and leadership experience in a clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
