About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Beechwood College, a specialist residential education service for young people with Autism Spectrum Conditions, learning disabilities, and complex behavioural presentations.

As a senior clinician, you will provide strategic and clinical leadership to the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) and ensure appropriate clinical governance of all clinical activities within the college.

You will work closely with education staff to integrate clinical input with educational delivery and support identified learning outcomes for young people within the service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and clinical leadership to the MDT within Beechwood College
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate a coherent and evidence-based programme for the delivery of Applied Behaviour Analysis/Positive Behavioural Support interventions
  • Ensure that clinical input is integrated with educational delivery and supports identified learning outcomes for young people within the service
  • Provide specialised psychological assessment and therapy to young people and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders
