About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Manager to join our team at Spark Foundry. As a key member of our Paid Social team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class campaign activation across Paid Social channels for our Miele and Clarins accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution: Ensure the Paid Social strategy is executed from implementation to optimization and reporting.
  • Client Communication: Lead client communication and support the team in expanding the Paid Social footprint.
  • Team Management: Manage daily tasks to junior team members and delegate and oversee some Execs.
  • Account Auditing: Regularly audit accounts to improve performance.
  • Media Planning: Create media plans and provide spend forecasts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create documents to showcase performance and provide in-depth analysis of results.
  • Media Booking and Reconciliation: Ensure all media is booked and reconciled on time according to the financial process.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in digital media, ideally from an agency side background.
  • Active Experience: Active, hands-on experience activating and planning Paid Social activity with a DR focus.
  • Qualifications: Professional digital media/advertising qualifications will be of an advantage.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office solutions – particularly Excel.
  • Analytical Thinking: Analytical thinking, mathematical skills, and attention to detail.
