Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for a skilled Social Media Influencer Campaign Coordinator to manage a diverse portfolio of clients within our agency. This position is vital for overseeing extensive projects, managing intricate data, and fostering strong influencer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement influencer marketing plans that effectively target and engage desired audiences.
  • Facilitate communication with numerous influencers via various platforms, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Utilize innovative methods to attract influencers and discover elusive contact information.
  • Handle large datasets and complex spreadsheets, applying advanced Excel functions for comprehensive data analysis and reporting.
  • Supervise project schedules and guarantee that all campaign objectives are achieved with accuracy and creativity.
  • Assign administrative duties to a Junior Campaign Manager, prioritizing efficiency and time management.
  • Continuously evaluate campaign outcomes and modify strategies as necessary to enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing and project oversight.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data management skills.
  • Proven creativity in problem-solving and influencer engagement.
  • Familiarity with influencer sourcing tools is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and self-motivation, ideal for a remote work setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
