Job Title: Senior Influencer & Social Media Manager

About Us: May & Stephens is a leading communications agency specializing in hospitality, hotels, leisure, and lifestyle sectors.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Influencer & Social Media Manager to lead our social media campaigns and content creation for a wide range of prestigious brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of leading brands, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone across all social media channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform and improve social media strategies.
  • Work closely with influencers and content creators to develop and execute sponsored content campaigns that meet brand objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in social media/influencer management, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies.
  • Excellent content creation and caption writing skills, with experience in creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Strong understanding of campaign narrative and post scheduling, with experience in managing and maintaining social media calendars.
