Coolr is a leading social media agency that connects brands with their audiences at scale. With a strong platform for growth, we're looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to join our influencer team.

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Influencer Manager to lead our influencer marketing efforts. As a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful running of all influencer activity on client accounts, managing influencer KPIs, and building and maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage influencer budgets and ensure profitability across all campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and clients to ensure successful partnerships
  • Develop and maintain influencer-specific ways of working documents and processes
  • Oversee influencer contracts and ensure compliance with agency policies
  • Work closely with the commercial team to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of popular culture and social media news, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends
