About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Creative Strategy Director to lead our influencer marketing efforts. As a key member of our Impact Studio team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage creative strategy output, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and relevance.
  • Lead and manage the strategy and creative teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Work closely with the Associate Paid Media Director to integrate distribution strategies into our creative output.
  • Identify opportunities for upskilling and enhancing skill sets within the team, ensuring continuous growth and development.
  • Pitch and present work to new and existing clients, effectively communicating our strategies and creative vision.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on creative solutions and influencer marketing.
  • Proven track record of selling and delivering agency-style services to a range of clients.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship-building skills, including with external clients and internal teams.
  • Strong proposal and presentation skills, with the ability to present to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with a drive for improvement and a passion for influencer marketing.
