About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, including influencer outreach, contract management, and performance reporting.
  • Support larger campaigns by managing day-to-day interactions with influencers and creators.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop campaign briefs, present creative ideas, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, generating reports aligned with pre-set KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, social media updates, and audience behavior to keep campaigns fresh and reactive.
  • Confidently participate in client meetings, presenting ideas and solutions with clarity.
Qualifications
  • Experience in the influencer marketing industry, preferably working on successful social and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of all social media channels, including the types of content used across them and their functions.
  • Understanding of how influencer marketing, social media, SEO, and content integrate in the wider marketing communications mix.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, pop culture, and news/media.
