We are in search of a Social Media Manager who possesses a deep passion for social media, content creation, and strategic planning to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and manage impactful social media strategies and content calendars across key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and Podcasts, both for paid and organic outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative and Production teams to brainstorm and implement campaigns utilizing a variety of media formats.
  • Support the development and oversight of content creator initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain tone of voice guidelines for client communications.
  • Schedule and distribute content across client channels, ensuring community management is addressed as needed.
  • Create detailed monthly reports, providing analysis and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all project activities and processes necessary for the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the social media landscape.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial social media role, preferably within an agency or for B2C/D2C/ecommerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including expertise in content planning, ideation, and performance reporting.
  • Experience in areas such as influencer marketing, community management, creative briefing, and data-driven analysis is advantageous.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to articulate and share ideas effectively with both internal teams and clients.
  • Creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
