Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a junior professional with a passion for social media, beauty, and content creation to join our team as a Social Media & Influencer Management Marketing Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Campaign Management:
- Create engaging and on-brand content for Ruuby's social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars that drive engagement and growth, ensuring consistency with brand voice and aesthetics.
- Produce creative assets, such as images, videos, reels, and stories, that resonate with our audience.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt content ideas to stay relevant.
- Community Management:
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track social media engagement metrics and provide insights to improve performance.
- Influencer Management:
- Assist with influencer research, outreach, and onboarding processes to relevant beauty and wellness influencers for potential collaboration.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, ensuring ongoing partnerships and collaborations that align with Ruuby's brand values and marketing goals.
- Support the coordination of influencer campaigns and ensure influencer content is on-brand and follows campaign guidelines.
- Support in the planning and management of any IRL Community events.
Requirements:
- Recently graduated or 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation who is eager to learn with a proactive attitude.
- Passionate about beauty, wellness, and digital media.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and best practices for content creation.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of photo and video editing tools.
