As a Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the organic social strategy, content, and community for our clients. This role will focus on the Anime/Toys industry, with opportunities to work on a variety of clients across different sectors.
You'll work closely with our Social Creative team to produce high-quality content for our clients, using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Suite. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing social media content plans and strategies to achieve optimal results for clients.
- Leading a team of Social Media Executives, providing guidance and support in planning, content creation, and community management.
- Collaborating with our Social Creative team to produce engaging content for our clients.
- Applying creative thinking to develop innovative content solutions for our clients.
- Reviewing and providing feedback on content plans and content created by your team.
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, working closely with our Social Media Director to ensure seamless communication.
- Creating detailed reports for clients, providing in-depth analysis and strategic guidance.
- 3-7 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- A passion for building a career in social media marketing and a desire to grow within a fast-paced agency.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Curiosity and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes.
£32,000 to £37,000, depending on experience.
