Position Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Manager who possesses a deep passion for social media, content ideation, and production to join our dynamic team.

You will collaborate with various teams including client services, creative, production, performance, and social to create impactful social media content and develop paid media strategies for a variety of national and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and manage effective social media strategies and content calendars across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Podcasts) for both paid and organic initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative and Production teams to brainstorm and implement campaigns utilizing diverse media formats.
  • Support the development and management of influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Create and maintain tone of voice guidelines for brand consistency.
  • Schedule and distribute content across client channels, including community management as necessary.
  • Generate detailed monthly reports with insights and recommendations based on performance analysis.
  • Oversee all activities and processes necessary for the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the social media landscape.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial social media role, preferably within an agency or for B2C/D2C/ecommerce brands.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including content planning, ideation, and analytics (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
  • Experience in influencer marketing, community management, creative briefing, data-driven listening tools, and comprehensive reporting is advantageous.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to generate and articulate ideas both internally and to clients.
  • Strong creative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A proactive problem-solver who is organized and driven.
  • A collaborative team player with a client-focused approach and the ability to foster strong working relationships.
