About the Job

This exciting opportunity requires an experienced and organized individual with excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the HoS to identify procedural improvements and support the recruitment, selection, induction, and probation of staff. Your role is pivotal in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring the efficient support of the HoS and the School Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the electronic diary and prioritize the schedule of the HoS.">
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.">
  • Act as Secretary for various school committees, creating agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.">
  • Organize and facilitate conferences, events, and high-profile meetings, including booking travel, venues, and catering.">
  • Ensure IT support and manage probationary and appraisal processes.">
  • Oversee academic recruitment cycles and handle communications within the school.">
  • Organize travel for the HoS and take responsibility for space planning tasks.">
