About this Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Education Specialist to join our team at Queen Mary University of London. As a member of our department, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning in Psychology.

The successful candidate will have a Postgraduate degree in Psychology or a related field, and/or relevant professional qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, access to a generous pension scheme, 30 days' leave per annum, a season ticket loan scheme, and comprehensive personal and professional development opportunities.

This is a fixed-term position available for up to 12 months due to maternity leave cover. The contract may end sooner if the post-holder exercises their rights to return early, subject to notice period.

About Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading on relevant administrative tasks, managing student support through feedback, and contributing to the evaluation and assessment of modules.

As a Senior Education Specialist, you will provide effective teaching and the evaluation and assessment of student achievement and development, using your expertise to promote a positive student experience.
