About the Role

As a seasoned Administrative Professional, you will provide high-level support to the Director of External Relations at Queen Mary University of London. This role is a fixed-term contract covering parental leave, starting in September 2024.

This is a full-time position that requires excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a strong focus on initiative, judgement, and adaptability.

About You

You will have extensive experience working in busy administrative roles, possess excellent IT skills, and be comfortable managing budgets. Effective communication with staff at all levels within the University is essential.

About the Department

The External Relations Directorate encompasses various aspects of the University's external activities, including communications, marketing, widening participation, admissions, international affairs, and alumni relations and development. Your tasks will involve contributing to these areas and ensuring the smooth operation of the Directorate.
