We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join our Taught Programmes Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying issues and providing solutions for the management, organisation and delivery of essential administrative processes related to education programmes.

To be successful in this role, you will require a degree level education and administrative experience, ideally within the field of Quality Assurance in Higher Education. Experience of developing procedures and the ability to inform decision making are desirable.

Requirements
The successful candidate will be an important member of the Taught Programmes Team, responsible for creating, checking and maintaining documentation and archives of the content and diets of programmes. You will work closely with academic staff and team members to deliver an excellent student experience.
