Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aviation Broker to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for brokering private jet charter flights, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition
    • Proactively identify and secure new private jet charter clients through a mix of inbound lead management and targeted outbound efforts.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring Global Charter remains their preferred supplier.
  • Account Management
    • Oversee and manage key accounts to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • CRM Activities
    • Regularly update and maintain the company CRM system to optimize sales processes and client management.
  • Existing Client Cultivation
    • Leverage and develop existing client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term growth.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience
    • A minimum of 2+ years in the private jet or aviation industry, with opportunities available for both mid-level and senior brokers.
  • CRM Expertise
    • Proven experience using CRM systems, with a strong understanding of their importance in managing client relationships and sales processes.
  • Communication Skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to Detail
    • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Commitment to OOH Work
    • Willingness to work outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the demands of the industry.
  • Proven Success
    • Demonstrated success in sales and negotiation.
