Key Responsibilities
The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of clients interested in chartering private jets.
  • Engaging in outreach through cold calls, emails, and meetings to connect with potential clients.
  • Maintaining and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identifying and presenting suitable options tailored to client needs.
  • Meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Driving the development of new business opportunities.
  • Overseeing the complete sales cycle while fostering relationships with clients at all levels.

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Aviation, from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Aviation, Charter Sales, or Brokerage, particularly within the European market.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English, with professional competency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels.
  • Strong selling and negotiation capabilities.
  • Strategic sales planning and effective time management skills.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and project management.
  • A proactive and disciplined approach, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
