About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our Private Jets Sales team at Fly Victor Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth private jet charter clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Sales Performance Management: Analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase sales productivity.
  • Team Development: Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to help sales professionals improve their skills and achieve their full potential.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Fly Victor Limited at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and promote our brand.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of success in aircraft charter sales, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales professionals.
  • Sales Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of the private jet industry, with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
