About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Private Jets Sales team at Fly Victor Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and other key stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Coach and Develop Sales Team Members: Provide guidance, training, and feedback to sales team members to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Represent the Company: Act as a representative of Fly Victor Limited at industry events, conferences, and other external meetings.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in aircraft charter sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
  • Sales Skills: Excellent sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and close deals.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the private jet industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
