Job Title: Head of Sales, Private Jets

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales, Private Jets to join our team at Fly Victor. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales professionals, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Provide coaching and development to sales team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the private jet industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
