About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our Private Jets Sales team at Fly Victor Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and mentoring a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional sales skills and knowledge of the private jet industry to build strong client relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Performance Management: Track and maintain sales performance metrics, provide regular feedback, and coach team members to improve their performance.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth private jet charter clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in aircraft charter sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading and developing sales teams.
  • Sales Skills: Exceptional sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and drive sales growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the private jet industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory requirements.
