Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Aviation Sales Executive include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of clients who charter private jets.
  • Engaging in proactive outreach through cold calling, emailing, and in-person meetings to attract new clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Identifying and presenting suitable travel options tailored to client needs.
  • Meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Driving new business development initiatives.
  • Overseeing the complete sales cycle while fostering relationships with clients at all levels.

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Aviation, from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Aviation, Charter Sales, or Brokerage, with experience in the European market being advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, with professional competency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking (knowledge of an additional language is a benefit).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong selling and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic sales planning and effective time management skills.
  • Conflict resolution and project management capabilities.
  • Adeptness at working under pressure, with a highly motivated and disciplined approach.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
