Job Title: Dutch or Flemish Sales Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Executive to join our team at Origin Recruitment Limited. As a Sales Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aviation industry through cold calls, email campaigns, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Qualifying Leads: Qualify leads based on their decision-making ability, financial capacity, and need/desire for our services.
  • Building Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the aviation industry.
  • Developing Business Strategies: Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the aviation industry.
  • Managing Data: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and business opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with the Team: Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Business Dutch or Flemish: Fluency in business Dutch or Flemish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Work Experience: Demonstrable work experience in a sales-driven role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and friendly manner.
  • Time Management: Excellent time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Education: Educated to degree level in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar disciplines.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM Systems: Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Commercial Awareness: Commercial awareness of the aviation industry.
