Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize your excellent communication skills to prospect and qualify potential clients, conducting cold calls and meetings to understand their needs and requirements.
- Product Knowledge and Consultation: Develop a deep understanding of our company's products and services, and provide expert consultation to prospective clients to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Segmentation and Territory Management: Develop and execute segmentation strategies to identify new business opportunities and direct Sales Vice Presidents to prospective clients.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and trends.
- Industry Engagement and Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and participate in industry events and trade shows to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Fluency in Business Dutch or Flemish: Fluency in business Dutch or Flemish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Sales Experience: Demonstrable work experience in a sales-driven role, with a proven track record of success.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Self-motivated and organized, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
