Dutch Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dutch Sales Development Representative to join our team at Moody's. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by sourcing new sales opportunities and building strategic account plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Representatives to build strategic account plans and territories.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales professional for further development and closure.
- Conduct research to develop target account contact information and account intelligence to generate an understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Utilize CRM software to track and measure all sales activity.
Requirements:
- First experience in a sales/business development/account management role in a software or financial organization.
- Bachelors' degree in finance, economics or related area advantageous.
- Background in, or knowledge of fixed-income credit or financial software advantageous.
- Professional fluency in English and Dutch is essential.
- Confident phone manner including objection handling.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions.
- Ability to multi-task and to meet short deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and high attention to detail.
- Motivated by goal attainment and performance measurement.
