Aviation Quality Training Specialist

Line Up Aviation is seeking a highly skilled Aviation Quality Trainer to join their team on a permanent basis. As an Aviation Quality Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for all positions within the company, implementing group training strategies, and working closely with the Training Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create and deliver technical, EHS, and compliance training as identified, ensuring that all training materials are up-to-date and relevant to the company's needs.
- Training Plan Development: Work with the Training Manager to implement, review, and develop a comprehensive training plan for the business, interacting with departments to ensure the effectiveness of the plan.
- Training Requirements: Collaborate with managers and the Quality department to define training requirements to meet examination (stamp) requirements, ensuring that all training aligns with competence requirements and refresher schedules.
- Training Arrangements: Arrange and schedule training with internal and external trainers, set up and/or conduct Web-Based Training, and ensure that all training is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Compliance and Policy: Ensure compliance with the company's policy and practice requirements, as outlined in the employee handbook, including Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities, and other relevant policies and procedures.
- Training Budget Management: Work with the Training Manager to ensure effective management of the company's training budget, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing cost-effective solutions.
- Training Material Development: Develop, evaluate, and make recommendations on training material and methodology, ensuring that all training is relevant, engaging, and effective.
- Training System Development: Work with the Training Manager to develop and deliver an effective training system for the business, ensuring that all training is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Deputy Training Manager: Deputize for the Training Manager in their absence, ensuring that all training activities continue uninterrupted.
- Aviation Training Background: Ideally, have an aviation training background (EASA Part145) or health and safety training background.
- Training Material Development: Experience developing training materials, including eLearning resources.
- Microsoft Packages: Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages.
- Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills with strong planning and operational execution.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent planning, problem-solving, organization, and administration skills.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a flexible approach.
