About the Role

Menzies Aviation is a leading provider of time-critical logistics services, operating at over 290 locations in 65 countries across 6 continents. As a Multiskilled Aviation Professional, you will play a critical role in supporting our de-icing operations during the winter season and continue to provide Bowser and Hi-Lift driving and operating during the summer season.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform tactile checks on all aircraft types to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Apply deicing fluid to aircraft wings, fuselage, and tail, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Accurately account for de-icing fluid transactions, maintaining accurate records.
  • Conduct daily quality control checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Operate headset/radio to provide clear communication between ground crew, flight crew, and dispatch.

As a Multiskilled Aviation Professional, you will have a responsibility and duty to take reasonable care of the health, safety, and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures. Requirements

  • Previous experience in cleaning and de-icing procedures is desirable.
  • A valid manual driving license and previous experience in driving 7.5 Ton or HGV2 are essential.
  • A flexible and service-minded approach to work, with attention to detail and ability to maintain Health and Safety standards.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand a good level of English.
