About the Role

We are seeking two experienced professionals to join our team as Senior Managers in Aviation Security. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of experts in developing, reviewing, and maintaining UK aviation security regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of experts in developing, reviewing, and maintaining UK aviation security regulations
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to government, CAA audit teams, and the regulated industry on all aspects of regulation
  • Manage relationships with relevant aviation industry stakeholders
  • Lead a team of 5-9 professionals

Requirements

  • Good understanding of UK aviation security requirements and regulations
  • Experience of developing and drafting policy, regulation, and guidance
  • Ability to source, interpret, and analyze data and complex information
  • High-level written and oral communication skills
  • Proven organizational capabilities and leadership skills
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and work collaboratively as part of a team
