Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building and managing a portfolio of clients who charter private jets.
  • Engaging in proactive outreach through cold calling, emailing, and in-person meetings to attract new clients.
  • Maintaining and nurturing client relationships.
  • Identifying and securing suitable options for clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Developing new business opportunities.
  • Overseeing the complete sales cycle while fostering relationships with clients at all levels.

Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Aviation, from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Aviation, Charter Sales, or Brokerage, with a focus on the European market.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English, with strong reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills (knowledge of an additional language is a plus).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong selling and negotiation capabilities.
  • Strategic sales planning and effective time management skills.
  • Conflict resolution and project management abilities.

  • A highly motivated, disciplined, and proactive approach.
