Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients seeking private jet charters.
- Engage in proactive outreach through cold calling, emailing, and in-person meetings to attract new clients.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and present suitable options tailored to client needs.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Aviation) from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Aviation, Charter Sales, or Brokerage, particularly within the European market.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels.
- Proven selling and negotiation skills.
- Strategic sales planning and effective time management capabilities.
- Experience in conflict resolution and project management.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, demonstrating high motivation and discipline.
