Cargo Charter Sales Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly driven individual to join our Cargo Charter team as a Sales Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for arranging flights for a variety of clients, from aid shipments to rescue animals.

Our Cargo Charter team works closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. This is a fast-paced sales role that requires a quick thinker who is able to build and develop sustainable relationships with clients.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you in your first 7 months as you become familiar with the role and industry. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills in air freight sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Work closely with the Cargo Charter team to ensure seamless execution of charters
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in air freight sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in a second language is an advantage
  • Ambitious, motivated, and willing to learn new skills and industry
  • Hardworking and flexible, with a strong work ethic
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
  • Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure
  • Ability to travel frequently and often at short notice
  • Valid UK driver's license
