About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Consultant to join our Cargo Charter team at Air Charter Service Ltd. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for arranging and organizing charters for our clients, ensuring their shipments are moved quickly and securely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the Cargo Charter team to identify new business opportunities and grow existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of charters and meet client expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition and identify new revenue streams.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in Airfreight / freight forwarding is highly desirable.
  • Must have previous experience working in sales / account management / business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ambitious, motivated, and willing to learn new skills and industry knowledge.
  • Hardworking and flexible, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Comfortable working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
  • Strong resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to travel frequently and often at short notice.
  • Must hold a valid UK driver's license.
