Cargo Charter Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly driven individual to join our Cargo team as a Sales Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for arranging flights for a variety of clients, from aid shipments to rescue animals.
Our Cargo charter team works around the clock to organize and arrange charters for clients, requiring a quick thinker who can build and develop sustainable relationships with clients. As a Sales Consultant, you will be assigned a mentor to work closely with you in your first 7 months as you become familiar with the role and industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Previous experience working in Airfreight / freight forwarding is desirable
- Must have previous experience working in either sales / account management / business development
- Client focused with the ability to build strong relationships
- Exceptional communication skills - fluency in a second language is an advantage
- Ambitious, motivated and willing to learn new skills & industry
- Hardworking and flexible, with a strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
- Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure
- MUST be able to travel frequently & often at short notice
- Must hold a valid UK drivers license
