We are seeking a highly driven individual to join our fast-paced Cargo charter team as a Sales Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for arranging flights for clients, managing charters, and building sustainable relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and arrange flights for clients, ensuring timely and secure transportation of shipments
- Build and develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Work closely with the Cargo charter team to coordinate and execute charters, ensuring seamless operations
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and business development
- Previous experience working in Airfreight / freight forwarding is desirable
- Must have previous experience working in sales / account management / business development
- Client-focused with the ability to build strong relationships
- Exceptional communication skills - fluency in a second language is an advantage
- Ambitious, motivated, and willing to learn new skills and industry
- Hardworking and flexible, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
- Strong resilience with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to travel frequently and often at short notice
- Must hold a valid UK driver's license
- Competitive base salary of £30,000pa
- 10% uncapped commission
