Sales Consultant

ACS is a leading private charter company arranging passenger and cargo aircraft charters globally. As a middle person between clients and operators, our sales consultants manage the full sales cycle, ensuring seamless charter experiences.
We seek candidates with experience in customer-facing roles, luxury products, and services, who are eager to travel and deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals and their representatives.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a sales consultant, you will arrange private jet charters for corporate business meetings, leisure trips, and other events. You will work closely with a mentor during your first 6 months, learning the industry and developing essential skills.
Key responsibilities include building successful sales lists, working with high-net-worth individuals, and administering charter flights while maintaining exceptional client service.
Requirements- Previous experience in customer-facing roles in luxury products and services
- Client-focused with strong relationship-building skills
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in a second language an advantage
- Ambitious, motivated, and willing to learn new skills and industry
- Hardworking and flexible, with a willingness to travel frequently and at short notice
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
- Strong resilience with the ability to thrive under pressure
- £35,000 base salary + 10% uncapped commission
