Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you'll work closely with high-net-worth individuals and their representatives, arranging private jet charters for corporate business meetings and leisure trips.

As a trainee, you'll be assigned a mentor to guide you through your first 12 months, learning the ins and outs of the role and industry. You'll develop skills in building successful sales lists, working with HNWI, and administering charter flights while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and their representatives
  • Arrange private jet charters for corporate business meetings and leisure trips
  • Develop and maintain a successful sales list
  • Work closely with mentors to learn industry best practices
  • Administer charter flights and ensure seamless client experiences
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role in luxury products and services
  • Exceptional communication skills and fluency in a second language (an advantage)
  • Ambitious, motivated, and willing to learn new skills and industry
  • Hardworking and flexible, with the ability to travel frequently and work under pressure
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
  • Strong resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
