Cargo Charter Sales Consultant - £35,000pa + 10% Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a highly driven individual with experience in client-facing sales roles to join our fast-paced cargo charter team. If you are target-driven and looking for a challenging sales opportunity where you can progress your career, then this could be the position for you.

Our cargo charter team works around the clock to arrange charters for clients, helping to move shipments quickly and securely. This is a dynamic sales role that requires a quick thinker who can build and develop sustainable relationships with clients while solving complex issues.

As a trainee, you will be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you in your first 7 months as you become familiar with the role and industry.

  • Must have previous experience working in sales, account management, or business development
  • Previous experience working in airfreight or freight forwarding is desirable
  • Exceptional communication skills - fluency in a second language is an advantage
  • Hardworking and flexible, this role is not simply 9-5
  • MUST be able to travel frequently & often at short notice
  • Must hold a valid UK driver's license
