As part of our new children and young people's substance use service in Oxfordshire, we are seeking a skilled intervention worker to join our team.

About the Position: The successful candidate will work closely with partner agencies to provide specialist assessments, care planning, and deliver evidence-based interventions with young people across the South Oxfordshire area. This will involve working with a trauma-informed approach, providing one-to-one appointments, groups, and online interventions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fully qualified social worker or related field
  • Experience of working with children and young people who have substance use issues
  • Ability to work within a trauma-informed approach
