Cranstoun is seeking a highly skilled Substance Use Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with children and young people to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans addressing substance use, trauma, and associated mental health concerns. Your expertise will focus on building resilience, enhancing coping mechanisms, and fostering positive relationships within families and communities.
We require a therapist with extensive knowledge of evidence-based interventions, assessment tools, and case management strategies. Your ability to work effectively in a multi-agency setting and maintain confidentiality is crucial. A full driving license and current DBS clearance are necessary for this position.
Annual salary: £40,000 - £50,000
