Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical aesthetic treatments to patients, working closely with clinicians to deliver personalized treatment plans, and ensuring excellent patient satisfaction and care.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert-level medical aesthetic treatments to patients, including IPL, laser hair removal, and facial aesthetic treatments
* Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with clinicians
* Maintain accurate records of patient consultations, treatment plans, and outcomes
* Ensure patient safety and well-being through strict adherence to infection prevention and control protocols
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and advancements
* Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of excellence and teamwork within the clinic

Requirements
* NVQ Level 4 or above in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification
* Significant experience with lasers and other medical aesthetic equipment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient outcomes
