Cranstoun is a leading UK-based substance use charity, dedicated to delivering innovative and effective solutions for individuals, families, and communities. We are currently seeking a Substance Use Prevention Coordinator to join our team in Oxfordshire.

As a coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of evidence-based interventions and providing specialist assessments to young people across the South Oxfordshire area. You will work closely with partner agencies to ensure a holistic approach to care planning and delivery of interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the delivery of evidence-based interventions
  • Providing specialist assessments to young people across the South Oxfordshire area
  • Working closely with partner agencies to ensure a holistic approach to care planning

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified social worker or equivalent experience
  • Full driving license
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
