Service Coordinator Job Summary

Cranstoun is looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Substance Use Service Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development and delivery of our children and young people's substance use service.

Key Accountabilities
  • You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of services to young people, including assessing needs, developing care plans, and delivering interventions.
  • You will work closely with partner agencies to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to supporting young people.
  • You will also be responsible for managing a caseload of young people, providing them with support and guidance to overcome their struggles with substance use.
Application Information
  • A valid full driving license is required for this role.
  • This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure and covering relevant barred lists.
  • The estimated annual salary for this position is between £28,000 and £32,000, dependent on experience.
