Job Description:
Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Outpatient Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service activity daily, ensuring appropriate use of resources, and managing complex patient referrals to maintain patient and department safety. Main Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate service activity daily, ensuring appropriate use of resources.
  2. Supervise and mentor qualified and unqualified staff.
  3. Manage complex patient referrals to maintain patient and department safety.

Person Specification:

Education/Training

Essential
  1. Registered nurse entry on part 1 or 2 of the NMC Register.
  2. In possession of or working towards degree-level education or demonstrate experience of working at this level.
  3. Knowledge of cancer care or palliative care.

Desirable
  1. Teaching/management qualification.
  2. Postgraduate degree.

Estimated Salary Range: £42,000 - £56,000 per annum,
