In this role, you will manage outpatient clinics for assigned consultants, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between administrative and medical staff.

You will be responsible for booking appointments, arranging clinic bookings, and providing secretarial support to consultants, including tasks not related to clinics. Additionally, you will cover colleagues' leave on a rota basis, particularly for urgent services.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills, as well as experience working with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. You should also be able to learn new computer systems and work effectively as part of a team.

The estimated salary for this position is £26,530 - £29,114 per annum pro rata. We prioritize the health and wellbeing of our employees and recommend COVID-19 vaccination.
