We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Young People's Substance Use Worker, working within our new children and young people's substance use service in Oxfordshire.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young people struggling with substance use issues. You will work closely with young people, understanding their unique needs, and develop tailored interventions to support them.
Job Description:- Case management and intervention delivery for young people in South Oxfordshire.
- Specialist assessment, care planning, and group facilitation.
- Collaboration with local agencies to promote positive change.
- A competitive salary between £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
